What we believe
Real engineering is about managing complexity.
Not memorising syntax, not collecting frameworks, not finishing another playlist. The engineers companies keep are the ones who can hold a system in their head, defend a tradeoff, and leave code behind that the next person can read.
Everything here is built backwards from that — which is why the cohort is capped, why every project is reviewed, and why we turn people away.
01 — Selection
A cohort of 25 only works if all 25 want the same thing. Being honest about who this fails is not marketing — it is how the room stays worth being in.
02 — Standard
No passive watching. You build real things and own your code — including the parts that break at 2am.
Direct reviews that help you grow into a senior professional. If the code is weak you will hear it, with the reason and the fix.
Building skills that compound over years, not months. Libraries churn; judgement does not.
